Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact us no later than 48 hours before your session time via email or phone call only. This will be at the discretion of the venue and new session time must be confirmed at time of rescheduling. Only one reschedule will be permitted. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 21 days of session will incur 50% cancellation fee. Deposits paid for large bookings '11+ people' and mobile axe bookings are non-refundable. 'No shows' are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Please aim to notify the venue of any changes in number of participants no later than 7 days prior to session. For reduced numbers the cancellation policy above will apply to the individuals. If there is a balance remaining to be paid at the session where a reduced number of participants has occurred with no prior notification, those individuals will be considered "no shows" and must be paid/included in the remaining balance. A credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of the venue for reduced numbers on original bookings. Any refund that may be given will be non-inclusive of online booking fees. Refund returns: 14-21 days from cancelation date.
